Return Policy

Please allow 24-72 hours for your email to be responded to.
Any returns made will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking information. To be eligible for return, all items must be unused and in the same condition as you received. If it was sent with a shoe box, shoe box must be returned as well. If you are returning an item in which you purchased the wrong size, style, or simply didn’t want it, no problem! Please keep in mind, it will be your responsibility to pay for a return label and send it back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please contact us via email at kissmyshoesboutique@gmail.com for return instructions. Once your return has been approved, we will issue you a store credit via email.
If return is not approved, you will be responsible to cover shipping cost to receive your item(s) back.
Any damage or defective items MUST be reported to us via email with an attached photo within 48 hours from the delivery date stated on the tracking information. Any damage or defective item reported after the 48 hours will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit; shipping will be deducted from total cost.
If you happen to return any package over $75, we highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit via email. Please keep your tracking number as proof of delivery to our facility.
Sales and Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Sales and discounted items are NOT eligible for return or store credit. Discount codes 25% or larger are final sale. No exceptions.
Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase. We can not cancel or make changes once your order is placed.
